    Monster Cookies

    We sold a ton of these for the Lions at rodeos.


    List of Ingredients


    • 12 eggs
    • 4 c. brown sugar
    • 4 c. white sugar
    • 1T. vanilla
    • 1 T. light or dark Karo syrup
    • 8 t. soda
    • 1 lb. butter
    • 3 lb. peanut butter
    • 18 c. oatmeal
    • 1 lb. chocolate chips
    • 1 lb. M&Ms
    • 1 lb. nuts


    Instructions


    1. Mix well. Drop by spoonsful onto greased sheets. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 min.


    Final Comments


    Makes 24 doz. normal size cookies! (Can make fewer huge ones with ice cream scoop.)
