    Peanut Butter Cookies (Bisquick)

    Can use reduced fat or a different brand.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
    • 1/4 c. shortening
    • 1/2 c. sugar
    • 1/2 c. brown sugar
    • 1/3 c. water
    • 2 c. Bisquick


    Instructions


    1. Mix peanut butter,shortening,sugars and water. Stir in baking mix.
    2. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. Place on ungreased sheets. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour.
    3. Bake until set, 400 degrees for 5 to 7 min.
