List of Ingredients
- 4 c. chopped Rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar`1 3 oz. pkg strawberry jello
- 1 1/4 to 1 ½ c. water
- i pkg. cake mix
- ½ c. oleo
Instructions
- Put rhubarb in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle strawberry jello over rhubarb. Pour water over jello. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Top with slivers of oleo. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or till golden brown.
Final Comments
DELICIOUS...especially warm and topped with vanilla ice cream!
