List of Ingredients



• 1# venison or stew meat
  
• 1 c. Red cooking wine (I use Holland House)
  
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  
• 1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup
  






Instructions



1. Brown stew meat dipped in flour, salt & pepper.
   
2. Dump all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on low all day.
   
3. Serve over rice.
   






Final Comments


I usually remove the grease from the frying pan I brown the meat in, add the cans of soup and heat before adding to the crockpot. Recipe can be doubled.
