    • 1 large cream cheese (softened)
    • 1 small jar pimento cheese
    • 4-5 tbsp grated cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Moisten with 1 tsp mayonnaise. Shape in ball and roll in chopped nuts. Chill several hours. Serve with assorted crackers.
