    My mom made this when I was a kid. You can use any flavor of Jello or any fruit that you like. Really easy!


    List of Ingredients


    • I small package of Jello
    • 2 cups ice cubes
    • 1 baked graham cracker crust
    • 2/3 cup boiling water
    • 1 container Cool Whip- let thaw a little
    • 1 small can crushed pineapple (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water stirring for 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until Jello is thickened about 2-3 minutes.
    2. Remove any unmelted ice. Using wire whisk blend in Cool Whip. Add fruit and stir. Chill mixture if necessary until mixture will mound. Pour into pie crust.

    3. Chill 2 hours or freeze until firm.
