Light and Fruity Pie

Recipe Introduction
My mom made this when I was a kid. You can use any flavor of Jello or any fruit that you like. Really easy!
List of Ingredients
- I small package of Jello
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 baked graham cracker crust
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 container Cool Whip- let thaw a little
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water stirring for 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until Jello is thickened about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove any unmelted ice. Using wire whisk blend in Cool Whip. Add fruit and stir. Chill mixture if necessary until mixture will mound. Pour into pie crust.
- Chill 2 hours or freeze until firm.
