    Combine:

    1 cup flour
    1 stick margarine1 cup chopped nuts

    Mix Together and press into the bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes in a 350 degrees oven.


    Mix together:
    1 cup cool whip
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese

    Spread on baked mixture. Baked mixture does not have to cool.

    Combine:
    1 (4oz) pkg chocolate instant pudding
    1 (4oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding
    2 cups cold milk

    Spread on mixture and top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight.
