    List of Ingredients


    • 2 2/3 cups crushed saltine crackers
    • 1 tsp garlic salt
    • 1/2 tsp basil
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • 1/8 tsp pepper
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup milk
    • boneless, skinless chicken strips


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 5 ingredients in separate bowl. Beat with milk. Dip chicken into egg mixture then cracker mixture. Deep fry ( or use skillet with oil) 2-3 minutes each side. Drain on paper towels
