Fried Chicken Strips

List of Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups crushed saltine crackers
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- boneless, skinless chicken strips
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in separate bowl. Beat with milk. Dip chicken into egg mixture then cracker mixture. Deep fry ( or use skillet with oil) 2-3 minutes each side. Drain on paper towels
