    Plantation Crunch

    This candy is so simple yet so tasty, everyone just loves it and I am always asked for the recipe.

    1 pkg.(20 oz.) white almond bark style candy coating
    6 cups krispy rice cereal
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1 cup spanish peanuts(cooked)
    1 cup mini-marshmallows

    Melt coating in a saucepan or in the microwave, stirring until smooth; add peanut butter. Pour over cereal in a large bowl stirring to coat; add peanuts and marshmallows, and stir.Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper...allow to set up, store in airtight container.
