    Italian Beef Sandwiches

    Italian Beef Sandwiches

    3-4 lb. beef roast
    (you can use a cheaper cut for this)
    1-pkg. Good Seasonings dry Italian dressing mix
    1/2 cup water
    1 ts. white vinegar
    2 ts. beef base

    Cut roast into three or four pieces and put in crock-pot with water and beef base. Cook on low all night. In the morning add packet of dressing and vinegar. Cook the rest of the day on low..stir to break meat apart before serving on French Rolls.
