crock-pot beef and mushrooms
CrockPot Beef and Mushrooms
1 1/2 -2 lbs. beef stew meat
8 -16 oz. fresh mushrooms -- quartered
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans Campbell's condensed beefy mushroom soup -- 10 3/4 oz.
rice, egg noodles, or mashed potatoes
Dump everything in your crockpot or slow-cooker. (When I made this, I added the mushrooms about 1/2 way through the cooking time.)
Cook for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
Serve over rice, egg noodles, or mashed potatoes.
