    Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

    Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

    These are so easy...my son has been making them for a long time...and yes...there is NO flour in these...and they work.

    1 cup peanut butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 ts. vanilla

    Stir all ingredients until combined. Shape level tablespoons full into balls, place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet and slightly flatten with fork. Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes or until set, cool for 5 min. before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
