    Peanut Butter Blossoms

    Peanut Butter Blossoms

    Cream:
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 TBLS milk
    Add:
    1 egg
    1 ts vanilla
    1-3/4 cup flour
    1 ts. baking soda

    Shape into ts. size balls and dip the tops in sugar; bake at 350 for 8 minutes, remove from oven and place a chocolate star or a hershey's kiss in the middle of each cookie, pressing down till the cookie cracks; return to oven and bake for about 2-4 more minutes. Remove from pans to wax paper or rack and cool.
