Crispy Chocolate Log
This is one your kids will love.
10 oz. marshmallows
1/4 cup butter or margerine
1/4 cup peanut butter
5-1/2 cups rice krispies
1-1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup butterscotch chips
Line a 15x10x1 inch pan with waxed paper, grease the paper. Make sure you grease it very generously. In a sauce pan melt the butter and add the marshmallows, stirring until melted, add the peanut butter, stir until blended. Add to a large bowl with the krispies in it. Stir until all the cereal is coated. Spread thinly and evenly into pan. In the microwave melt the chips together. Spread over the pan of treats evenly when melted, spreading to about an inch of one of the wide sides. Starting on the other wide end roll up, jelly-roll style. Let set up and slice to serve.
