Marshmallow Delights
This is more of a snack than a dessert but at our house anything served after supper is dessert...so here it is:
(just a quick note, the marshmallows in this recipe diappear while baking)
1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 cup sugar
1 TBLS. cinnamon
8 large marshmallows
1/4 cup butter or margerine, melted
Separate rolls into 8 triangles;combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip each marshmallow in the butter, roll in cinnamon sugar and place on a triangle. Pinch dough around marshmallow, sealing all edges. Dip tops of dough into remaining butter and sugar-cinnamon. Place with sugar side up in greased muffin cups,( sometimes I even use paper liners as well). Bake at 375 for 13-15 minutes. Serve warm.
