    Moist Chocolate Cake

    Moist Chocolate Cake

    This is probably one of the easiest and moistest chocolate cakes I have ever tried...definitely a keeper.

    1 cup flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup hot water
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1 ts. baking powder
    1 ts. baking soda
    1 egg
    1/4 cup butter or margerine, melted
    powdered sugar

    In a bowl combine first six ingredients. Add egg and butter; mix well. Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
