    Summery Pineapple Cake

    Pineapple Cake
    1 pkg. butter recipe golden cake mix (I use Duncin Hines)
    4 eggs room temperature
    1 cup oil
    1 11oz. can manderine oranges with juice

    Icing
    1 3 oz pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 20 oz. crushed pineapple in it's own juice
    1 12 oz. carton whipped non-dairy topping

    line 3-9 inch cake pans with foil and spray with cooking spray
    In a large mixing bowl beat all cake ingredients at medium speed for four min. pour into pans bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
    cool in cake pans
    To prepare icing beat pudding and pineapple until thick then fold in cool whip
    ice in between layers top and sides
    refridgerate til ready to serve
