    Cranberry Salad

    Cranberry Salad

    1- bag fresh cranberries
    1-12oz carton cool whip
    1-20oz can crushed pineapple
    handful miniature marshmallows
    sugar to taste..about 3/4 cup

    Grind cranberries, I use a food processor, add sugar and can of pineapple. Refridgerate overnight. Before serving add cool whip and marshmallows and fold until combined.
    An excellant way to get kids to eat fresh cranberries.
