    Chicken and Ramen One Dish Supper

    Chicken and Ramen

    2-3 whole boneless breasts
    1 pkg. frozen california vegetables
    2-3 pkg. chicken flaver Ramen noodles
    8oz. fresh mushrooms, coursely chopped
    15oz can bean sprouts
    small can sliced water chestnuts
    small can banboo shoots
    1/4 cup soy sauce,(or teriyaki)


    cut chicken into bite size pieces and stir fry till just done, add frozen vegies and mushrooms, cook for about 10 minutes, cook noodles until done, reserving seasoning packets, drain and add with canned vegetables, seasoning packets and soy sauce to chicken and vegetables in skillet. Heat until hot throughout, serve with fruit and call it a meal. Serves 6,(when using three breasts and 3 pkg. noodles)
