    Mom's Spaghetti Sauce

    Mom's Spaghetti Sauce

    2lbs. ground beef
    1 med. onion chopped
    2-15oz cans tomato sauce
    1-15oz can diced tomatoes
    3/4 teaspoon curry powder
    salt, pepper and red pepper to taste
    about a pound of cooked spaghetti noodles

    Brown and crumble hamburger with onion, drain fat. Add tomatoes and sauce and seasonings, simmer, serve over hot noodles, with cheese and garlic bread.
    This is a very good non-italian sauce that our family loves.
