Pepperoni Rigatoni
50-75 slices pepperoni
1 lb rigatoni noodles, cooked and drained
1-30 oz. jar spaghetti sauce(or your own homemade)
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced green peppers
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 TBLS. basil
Mix sauce with vegies, parmesan, pepperoni and basil, add drained noodles. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 cake pan and top with mozzarella cheese, bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned
