Hash Brown Casserole
1 pkg frozen shredded hash browns
1 lb. process American cheese, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour ceam
3/4 cup butter or margerine, melted
3 TBLS chopped onion
1/4 ts. paprika
In a large bowl combine everything except the paprika, mix well. Spread into a greased 13x9x2 in baking pan and srinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for about an hour at 375.
