Good Ole Green Bean and Cheese Casserole
This recipe came from my Grandmothers house on Christmas and Thanksgiving holiday meals. Great just by itself!!!
Will feed up to 5 people!
List of Ingredients
- 4 cans shoestring style green beans
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 to 3 cups of shredded jack cheese
- 1 1/2 cups crushed cheeze-its
- casserole dish
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 375. Drain green beans and place in microwaveable container and cook for about 7 minutes. Place in casserole dish and let cool for a little bit.
- Add all the rest of your ingredients except cheese-its and mix well. Top the casserole with the cheeze-its and place in oven uncovered.
- Cook for about 45 minutes. Cheese-its will be browned and the casserole will be bubbling.
Final Comments
Vegetarians will like this one also!! Most kids cant pass up a cheesey meal like this one!!
