Corn Pudding
This is a Thanksgiving and Christmas favorite at our house. It is a southern side dish, not a dessert.
List of Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1(1-lb) can cream-style corn
1(13-ounce) can Pet milk
Butter
Recipe
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium bowl. Add eggs, corn, and milk; mix well. Turn into a lightly greased 1-1/2 qt. baking dish. Dot generously with pats of butter.
Bake at 350 degrees F. until center is almost firm, and tests clean, about 1 hour. Let set 5-10 minutes before serving.
