1/2 cup (125ml) milk
1 tbsp. (15ml) gelatin
1/2 cup (125ml) sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup (125ml) cream
1/2 cup (125ml) orange juice
1 tsp. (5ml) lemon juice

Recipe
Pour the milk into a saucepan. Add the gelatin, sugar, beaten egg and the cream. Cook, stirring until the gelatin dissolves and the mixture thickens. Do not let it boil.
Turn the mixture into a mold and let it cool slightly. Stir in the orange and lemon juice. Refrigerate the cream until it is firm and ver cold. Serve with orange sections rolled in icing sugar.
