Preheat oven at 425 degrees, set rack at lowest position. In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
Coat baking sheet with spray.
Unroll pizza dough onto flat surface.
Stretch to 12x18 inch rectangle, then cut into four quarters.
Working one piece of dough at a time, place one cupfilling on one side of rectangle, fold over to cover; crimp edges together tightly to seal, forming half moon shape. Transfer to baking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes until crust is brown and filling hot. Move pan to middle rack if it starts browning too quickly.
