A traditional Italian pasta dish with garlic, fresh herbs, sugar and tomatoes covering fresh pasta. Finished off with a dollop of ricotta cheese. Please take note this dish serves 24.
Sauté onions and garlic in oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until softened. Stir in remaining ingredients except ricotta and fettuccine. Cook over medium high heat stirring frequently for 10-15 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
Top each serving with 1 oz (1 Tbsp) ricotta cheese.
