A blast from the past, but actually a very different take on a classic.
List of Ingredients
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 box lemon jello
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 2 tbls. mayonaisse
- 1 carrot, diced fine.
- 2 tbls. vinegar
Instructions
- Drain pineapple juice into a large measuring cup. Add vinegar and enough boiling water to make almost two cups.Dissolve with lemon jello.
- Add sour cream, mayonaisse, pineapple, salt and pepper, and carrots.
- Toss and pour into jello mold sprayed with Pam.
