Recipe Introduction
Use frozen swedish meatballs or make your own 1/2 ounce meatballs.
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds cocktail meatballs, defrosted
- 1 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3/4 can of coca cola
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 - 4 tbls cider vinegar (to taste)
- 2 tbls worchestire sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for at least 2 hours before serving.
Final Comments
To make your own:
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 1/4 cups dry bread crumbs
1 egg
3 tablespoons grated onion
1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
Form into 1/2 ounce meatballs and roast at 375 for 30 minutes.
