    List of Ingredients


    • 9 inch pie shell
    • 1 egg white
    • 1/4 lb. bacon
    • 2 cups milk or half and half
    • 3 eggs
    • dash of salt and pepper
    • dash of nutmeg
    • 1 teasp chopped chives
    • 1/2 cup diced swiss cheese


    Instructions


    1. Bruch pie shell with egg white and prick well
    2. Cook bacon, drain on paper towels and crumble.
    3. Scald milk, cool slightly, then beat together with eggs, salt, pepper,nutmeg and chives.
    4. Sprinkle bacon and swiss in bottom of pie shell
    5. Pour egg mixture over and bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes.
