    Mom made this every New Year's day for years.


    List of Ingredients


    • 16 graham crackers, crushed.
    • 1/4 cup butter, softened.
    • 2-3 tablespoons sugar.
    • 1 lb. cream cheese (Philadelphia brand)
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/2 to 1/3 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla.
    • 1 pint sour cream
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla.


    Instructions


    1. Mix graham crackers,sugar and butter. Press into pyrex pan.
    2. In mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time.
      Pour in pan, and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Cool.
    3. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla in mixer. Pour over cake, bake 10 minutes and cool. Refrigerate.
