Poached Salmon in mustard sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 2 cups water
- 4 salmon fillets
- For the sauce:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 teas. fresh dill
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Poach salmon in wine, water, celery and onion in a skillet on low heat. Poach for 4 minutes, covered, until salmon is firm, but springy.
- Mix sauce and serve with salmon.
