    Poached Salmon in mustard sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 cup dry white wine
    • 1/4 cup celery chopped
    • 2 cups water
    • 4 salmon fillets
    • For the sauce:
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup yogurt
    • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
    • 2 teas. fresh dill
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Poach salmon in wine, water, celery and onion in a skillet on low heat. Poach for 4 minutes, covered, until salmon is firm, but springy.
    2. Mix sauce and serve with salmon.
