    Salmon for two

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. salmon filet.
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • juice of one large, or two small, lemons
    • 1 teas. ground cloves
    • 4 tbls. white wine
    • one lemon, sliced


    Instructions


    1. Place salmon skin side down in a microwaveable dish with a one to three inch depth. Salmon should fit tightly in dish.

    2. Mix oil,wine and lemon juice. whisk well.

    3. pour oil mixture over the salmon. Dust the salmon with ground cloves.

    4. place lemon slices on top of salmon. Cover loosely with plastic wrap, allowing for air to escape.

    5. Microwave on high until salmon is ready according to your taste - rare, medium or well done. Check it at 3- 6 minutes and continue microwave until flaky. It will cook in under ten minutes.



    Final Comments


    Serve with dijon mustard, or mix 1/4 cup dijon mustard with 1/8 cup mayonaisse for a dipping sauce.
