List of Ingredients
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 3 tblsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 teas salt
- 2 teas pepper
- juice of one lemon
- 1 teas garlic powder
- 1/4 cup oil.
Instructions
- combine all ingredients except oil. Whisk until well blended.
- add oil and shake well.
- Marinate one hour minimum - up to overnight for large roasts.
- Can be used for basting.
