    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
    • 4 cups mozzarella
    • 1/2 cup parmesan
    • 1/2 cup parsley chopped
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 2 24 oz. jars of spaghetti sauce
    • 2 c. water
    • 2 lb. ground beef (or turkey, or veggies)
    • 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked.


    Instructions


    1. Reserve 1 cup mozzarella. Mix remaining cheeses together with the egg and parsley.
    2. Brown meat. Pour sauce into meat in skillet. Add water. and stir.
    3. pour one cup sauce into the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish.
    4. Layer noodles, 1/4 meat sauce and 1/3 cheese mixture. Continue to layer, ending with noodle layer on top.
    5. Pour remaining sauce on top and top with remaining mozzarella.
    6. Cover tightly with foil that has been sprayed with Pam to prevent sticking to cheese.
    7. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake until bubbly.
