List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
- 4 cups mozzarella
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 1/2 cup parsley chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 24 oz. jars of spaghetti sauce
- 2 c. water
- 2 lb. ground beef (or turkey, or veggies)
- 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked.
Instructions
- Reserve 1 cup mozzarella. Mix remaining cheeses together with the egg and parsley.
- Brown meat. Pour sauce into meat in skillet. Add water. and stir.
- pour one cup sauce into the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish.
- Layer noodles, 1/4 meat sauce and 1/3 cheese mixture. Continue to layer, ending with noodle layer on top.
- Pour remaining sauce on top and top with remaining mozzarella.
- Cover tightly with foil that has been sprayed with Pam to prevent sticking to cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake until bubbly.
