Simple Summer Tart

List of Ingredients
- Basic Pie Crust (see recipe)
- Sugar
- 5 to 6 cups of washed, sliced fruit.
- Vanilla ice cream, or whipped cream
Instructions
- Roll out dough to 1/8 inch in any shape you wish. Place on a baking sheet and roll up 1/2 inch lip all around to hold fruit.
- Pierce all over with a fork, and bake at 425 for 15 - 25 minutes, until crust is golden brown and crisp.
- Sprinkle with 2 -3 tablespoons of sugar as soon as you take it out of the oven.
- Let cool completely and fill with fruit. If fruit is tart, sprinkle with sugar.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
