    Serve with garlic bread and salad for an easy meal.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. penne pasta
    • 2 - 3 cups pasta sauce
    • 6 breast of chicken breast halves, boned, skinned.
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup bread crumbs
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
    • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
    • Garlic powder
    • Water


    Instructions


    1. Flatten chicken with hand.
    2. Mix 2 eggs in a small bowl. Set bread crumbs in a shallow bowl.
    3. Dip chicken in egg, and toss with bread crumbs to coat.
    4. Place chicken close togther in a 9x13 baking dish.
    5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
    6. Thin 3/4 cup of the sauce with 4 tbls. water. Add garlic powder to taste, and warm over low heat.
    7. Sprinkle mozzarella over chicken, top with sauce and sprinkle parmesan on top. Return to oven and cook until done, 15-20 minutes. Do not overcook.
    8. Cook pasta to al dente stage, and serve with chicken and sauce.
