Chicken Parmesan

Serve with garlic bread and salad for an easy meal.
List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. penne pasta
- 2 - 3 cups pasta sauce
- 6 breast of chicken breast halves, boned, skinned.
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- Garlic powder
- Water
Instructions
- Flatten chicken with hand.
- Mix 2 eggs in a small bowl. Set bread crumbs in a shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken in egg, and toss with bread crumbs to coat.
- Place chicken close togther in a 9x13 baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
- Thin 3/4 cup of the sauce with 4 tbls. water. Add garlic powder to taste, and warm over low heat.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over chicken, top with sauce and sprinkle parmesan on top. Return to oven and cook until done, 15-20 minutes. Do not overcook.
- Cook pasta to al dente stage, and serve with chicken and sauce.
