    Buffalo Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 two lb bag ore ida shredded hash browns, frozen
    • 1 cup onion, chopped
    • 1 can cambells cream of chicken soup
    • 1 lb. sour cream
    • 1/2 lb. butter, melted. (1 stick)
    • 1 eight oz bag of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
    • Potato chips, crushed - for topping


    Instructions


    1. Mix well and spread in 9x13 cake pan. Crush potato chips and sprinkle on top to form a crust. Bake at 375 for one hour.
