    Recipe Introduction


    This can be served as a meal (just add more pork and spice), or a side dish. This recipe serves eight as a side dish, four to six as a meal.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2-3 pork chops, trimmed of fat
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
    • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
    • 1/2 tsp ginger
    • 2 cups white rice
    • 6 eggs
    • small onion, chopped fine
    • 1 cup cooked peas
    • vegatable oil
    • soy sauce


    Instructions


    1. Cook rice in 4 cups of boiling water. Cool in refrigerator.
    2. mix spices in a small bowl. Cut pork into 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch slices. Cook peas in microwave for six minutes.
    3. toss pork with spices. In a separate bowl, mix eggs slightly.
    4. Heat a large saucepan or wok on high heat. Add 1 teaspoon oil.
    5. Toss pork into pan and stir fry until done - about six minutes. Add onion about 3 minutes into cooking and stir fry.
    6. Remove pork and add a little oil. Stir fry scrambled eggs until soft. remove to a bowl.
    7. Add rice to pan and stir fry quickly. Add 2-3 tbls soy sauce. Toss in pork and eggs.
    8. Stir all until warm and serve immediately.
