Stuffed Mushrooms

Recipe Introduction
These are really good and are by far the best stuffed mushrooms I have had.
List of Ingredients
- 48 Large Mushrooms
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 pound pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (NOT fat-free or reduced-fat)
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, mealted
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 2 teaspoons spicy mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
Instructions
- Remove mushroom stems, wash caps and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Stuff into the mushroom caps.
- Place on greased baking pan.
- Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 16-20 minutes or until heated through.
