Grandma Wyss's Old Fashioned Cream Pie

Very rich!





List of Ingredients



• 1 c white sugar
  
• 1 c brown sugar (don't pack)
  
• 2 heaping T flour
  
• 1/4 t salt
  
• 1 beaten egg
  
• 1 1/2 c half and half
  
• 1 t vanilla
  
• Cinnamon
  
• Approx 1 T butter
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients (except butter and cinnamon) well
   
2. Sprinkle bottom of unbaked pie crust with cinnamon and pieces of butter
   
3. Pour mixture into crust
   
4. Bake at 400 degrees until done (knife inserted into center should come out clean)
