Grandma Wyss's Pie Crust

This recipe makes excellent pie crust.





List of Ingredients



• 3/4 c lard
  
• 2 1/4 c flour--divided
  
• 1/3 c cold water
  
• 1 t salt
  






Instructions



1. Cut 2 c flour into the lard
   
2. Mix 1/4 c flour and the salt into the cold water
   
3. Stir the flour and water mixture into the lard mixture
   
4. Roll out. Handle dough as little as possible.
