3 points--if you're not counting, add a little margarine to the oatmeal mixture.
List of Ingredients
1 small apple, cored
2 Tbs. old fashioned oats
2Tbs apple juice
1Tb raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup non-fat ricotta cheeseRecipe
Place in microwaveable bowl. Fill cavity with mixture of oats, cinnamon and raisins. Pour apple juice over and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 2 minutes spoon cheese onto a plate and top with apple mixture.
