4-6 pound brisket
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoonful liquid smoke
3 tablespoonfuls vinegar
3-4 cloves garlic
10 1/2 ounce can beef broth
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Marinate overnight if possible. Bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours. Slice thinly and serve on buns w/BBQ sauce.
