    Quick Chocolate Mine Sauce

    2 squares of chocolate
    1/2 cup light corn syrup
    1/3 cup cream
    2 to 4 drops of peppermint flavoring

    Recipe



    Place chocolate and corn syrup in a sauce pan and cook over low heat until the mixture comes to a boil. Stir just enough to keep from sticking to the bottom of the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the cream and flavoring. Serve warm or cold.
