    Jyl Steinback

    List of Ingredients

    • 2-lbs salmon fillet
    • garlic powder to taste
    • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
    • 1 tbsp fresh dill
    • 1 large cucumber, diced
    • 2 tsp skim milk
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
    • 1/4 tsp pepper

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using shallow pan with rack, pour cold water into pan about 1 inch deep. Spray large sheet of aluminum foil with cooking spray; arrange salmon on foil and place on rack. Sprinkle salmon generously with garlic powder. Cover salmon with foil; bake 25 to 30 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork. While salmon is cooking, combine remaining ingredients in food processor or blender. Cover and refrigerate. Salmon can be served hot or cold with dill sauce.
