Salmon Bake with Dill

List of Ingredients
- 2-lbs salmon fillet
- garlic powder to taste
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 2 tsp skim milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using shallow pan with rack, pour cold water into pan about 1 inch deep. Spray large sheet of aluminum foil with cooking spray; arrange salmon on foil and place on rack. Sprinkle salmon generously with garlic powder. Cover salmon with foil; bake 25 to 30 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork. While salmon is cooking, combine remaining ingredients in food processor or blender. Cover and refrigerate. Salmon can be served hot or cold with dill sauce.
