    Cinnamon Rolls in a Snap

    List of Ingredients


    • 4-1/2 c. biscuit/baking mix
    • 1-1/3 c. milk
    • FILLING:
    • 2 T. butter or margarine, softened
    • 1/4 c. sugar
    • 1 t. cinnamon
    • 1/3 c. raisins, optional
    • ICING:
    • 2 c. confectioners' sugar
    • 2 T. milk
    • 2 T. butter or margarine, melted
    • 1 t. vanilla extract


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix and milk. Turn onto a floured surface; knead 8-10 times. Roll the dough into a 12-inch X 10-inch rectangle. Spread with butter. Combine sugar, cinnamon and raisins if desired; sprinkle over butter. Roll up from a long side; pinch seam to seal. Cut into 12 slices; place with cut side down onto a large greased baking sheet.
    2. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
    3. Meanwhile, combine the icing ingredients; spread over rolls. Serve warm.
