Marinated Garbanzo Beans

List of Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) garbanzo beans
- 1 c. water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 t. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 T. wine vinegar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
Instructions
- In saucepan, combine UNDRAINED beans, water, garlic and rosemary. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Drain.
- In screw-top jar, combine remaining ingredients. Cover and shake well. Pour over beans, toss.
- Cover and chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. To serve, drain beans.
