- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 32 oz. part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 T. chopped parsley
- 10 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 package (16 oz.) part-skim mozzarella cheese, cut into slices
- 4 c. prepared marinara sauce, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In large skillet over high heat, cook beef, stirring until beef is brown and juices have evaporated, about 5 minutes. Add 3 cups marinara sauce and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs and parsley until well-blended.
- To assemble, in 13X9X2-in. baking dish, spread remaining 1 c. marinara sauce. Layer uncooked noodles, ricotta cheese mixture, meat-sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake, covered, 45 minutes. Uncover; bake about 10 minutes until noodles are tender and top is bubbly and browned. Let stand 10 minutes.
