    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 4 bananas
    • 1/2 cup brandy


    Instructions


    1. In a large sauce pan heat butter and sugar until carmalized.
    2. Add bananas and fry until brown.
    3. Heat brandy and ignite; pour over bananas.
    4. Serve with ice cream.
